Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between kk22 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using kk22's services through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the services.

1 General Provisions & Definitions

The key terms used in these Terms are defined below:

  • "Platform" refers to kk22's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
  • "Member" refers to any person who has registered an account on kk22.
  • "Products/Services" refers to cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other gaming activities.
  • "Wallet" refers to the digital funds linked to a member's account.
  • "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward, credit, or cashback offered by the Platform.

These Terms should be read together with kk22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. Both documents form an integral part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To use kk22's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform's services are strictly prohibited for minors.
  • You must be a resident of a region where online betting and gaming are not legally prohibited.
  • Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person are strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
  • The responsibility for securing the account rests entirely with the member. Your login credentials must not be shared with any third party.

kk22 reserves the right to reject any account registration or suspend an existing account for any reason — particularly if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

The following rules apply to financial transactions on kk22:

  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200.
  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount for each payment method is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal Time: Processing a request typically takes 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Before processing a withdrawal request, kk22 may ask for additional documents to verify identity. We reserve the right to review any transaction to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Funds linked to fraudulent activity may be confiscated.

4 Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

kk22's bonuses and promotions are offered under the following terms:

  • Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
  • Wagering Requirement: You must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Bonuses may have a specific time limit for use — the detailed terms of each offer will be stated separately.
  • If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
  • Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

kk22's VIP Program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on a member's regular and active participation. kk22 reserves the right to change the VIP program's terms at any time. Cashback credits are added to the account at a set time each week.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules must be followed when betting and playing games on the kk22 platform:

  • All bets are final once placed and cannot be withdrawn, unless otherwise stated under specific conditions.
  • kk22 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
  • If an event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, the settlement of related bets will follow specific rules.
  • Unusual or suspicious betting patterns on the same event from a single account may be flagged for review.
  • Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair play.
  • Any attempt to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk22 platform:

  • Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
  • Placing bets artificially to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Engaging in abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behavior toward other members or staff.
  • Registering with a deliberately false identity or incorrect information.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems, network, or database.

Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, confiscation of funds, and applicable legal action.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

kk22 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms.
  • Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
  • Extended period of inactivity (advance notice will be given in accordance with the specific policy).
  • At the member's own request.
  • Upon a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Legitimate funds are generally returned even after account closure, but this may be delayed if an investigation is ongoing. In proven cases of fraud, funds may be confiscated.

11 Limitation of Liability

kk22 is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by internet disconnection or device malfunction.
  • Delayed transactions resulting from the failure of a third-party payment provider.
  • Potential losses occurring during unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
  • Losses caused by the member's own negligence (such as disclosing login credentials).
  • Force majeure events beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

In any situation, kk22's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the member's relevant transaction.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, follow the steps below:

  1. First, contact our support team directly via live chat or email.
  2. The support team will review the matter and try to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
  3. If the matter is not resolved at the first stage, it will be escalated to senior management.
  4. kk22's final decision will apply to the resolution of all disputes, unless legally proven otherwise.

13 Changes to Terms

kk22 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time.

  • Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a platform notice in advance.
  • Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
  • If a member does not agree to the amended Terms, they may voluntarily close their account.
  • The latest effective Terms will always be available on this page.
